On 29.11.2020, Werner shared a few hints with us. Especially about the mast bracket I was curios. I got myself one build of stainless steel and I am very enthusiatic about it. It is not only a great help when rigging, but also for transport.

For sale or not?
In the past few weeks I received several inquiries about what will happen to the refit project once it is finished. As I already wrote, I don't need two boats. Nothing has changed about this point of view until today. No matter how beautiful the refit project could be - "Peperoni" will always be "my boat". The refit project can be taken over at any time. News from "Fofftein":
How to raise and lower your mast.
Connect two auxiliary shrouds to the main halyard by a shakle or mast track slide, which easaly will slide in the mast track. This will keep the auxiliary shrouds tight. Now you can lower or raise your mast safely.
Electric outboard, part 2.
A tiller for the outboard can be very helpful, when manouvering in the marina.

Episode 3: "Turning the hull"

You would like one of these beautiful thermo cups from Oostzeejol?
It is a strictly limited edition and there are several possibilities to get one:
1) Send a great photo of your Oostzeejol (Midget 15, Lynaes 14, Nordica 16 or Danica 16) with the text: "I want my mug!".
A non-independent jury ;-)) consisting of three people will decide. There will be a total of 2 cups for the best photos.
2) Your Oostzeejol (Midget 15, Lynaes 14, Nordica 16 or Danica 16) is not yet a portrait on the homepage of Oostzeejol.de? Then it's about time. Just send an email with name of your boat, a few sentences to the story, details of the boat (year of build etc.) and at least 5 photos. The three first contributions will get a cup for free.
3) You have a lines plan, (Oostzeejol Midget 15, Lynaes 14, Nordica 16 or Danica 16) which would allow the construction of a half model / model? Send the plans to me and get a cup for free.
4) You do not have a suitable photo? You do not even have an Oostzeejol? No lines plan? Wow, that's really a sad story. But you you still want a cup? Your only chance is to buy one. I guarantee that I will donate the money to an animal shelter of my choice. Cost per cup (non-profit) including shipping: Euro 18.-
General information: All information refer to "Oostzeejol / Midget 15, Lynaes 14, Nordica 16 or Danica 16". Oostzeejol.de will publish sent pictures and texts on the homepage and on Facebook . Names, addresses and other personal data are neither stored nor published and of course not passed on. And for cost reasons, the cups are shipped only within the EU.
The closing date is January 31, 2020 and only as long as supplies last.
